A. Standard Nationwide Delivery

• Delivery Timeline: Standard nationwide shipping across Pakistan takes 3 to 5 working days from the date of order confirmation.

• Order Processing: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

B. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Verification

• We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.

• To protect against fraudulent orders, our team may perform a manual phone call or WhatsApp verification prior to dispatching high-value parcels.

C. Parcel Inspection Policy (Allow to Open Parcel Protocol)

• Strict Logistics Rule: In compliance with standard national courier services (TCS, CallCourier, Leopard), customers are NOT permitted to open parcels prior to making full payment to the courier rider.

• Customer Protection Guarantee: If you find any discrepancies, sizing issues, or damaged goods after accepting and paying for your parcel, our 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy fully protects your purchase.

D. Delivery Delays & Order Tracking

• Once dispatched, an official tracking number will be provided via SMS/WhatsApp.

• Vantage Wear is not responsible for unexpected delivery delays caused by weather conditions, political strikes, or courier operational bottlenecks.
